We are a family business taking pride in serving the residents of DC Maryland and Virginia specializing in residential HVAC units. I had AG Heating and Cooling out to repair the AC in my rental condo and the experience was stellar. First, they were very responsive and accommodating so that was a plus. They responded immediately to the request and did not charge a visit fee. They also took the time to diagnose the issue and were patient enough to deal with a bit of complex situation. The units were mislabeled which meant having to coordinate with a neighbor with very little flexibility in their schedule. Throughout the process they were very communicative and share pictures/videos of the work they were doing so I felt comfortable with their expertise and workmanship.

I received a great service from this company and am very happy with the quality and speed of the service. They are very good with diagnosing the issues with heaters. I had a terrible experience with NERO who screwed up my breaker and AG was able to fix that besides cleaning and fixing the heater. Strongly recommend it for your heater service and repairs as they are excellent at what they are doing.

What can we say about AG and Mike the technician? There are not enough words to express how grateful we are for the great job and timely service. We came home from Church and when we turned our heater on it wasn’t working the normal way so I got on Thumbtack and found AG. Within about 4 minutes of my inquiry I had a reply saying they could come out this evening which worked perfectly for us since we didn’t have our regular evening Church service. Mike arrived on time if according to the quoted time and he got straight to work. I was able to watch him do his work and he answered any questions I had which I am thankful for also. The price of the repair was very reasonable and budget friendly and we would definitely recommend AG as well as use them again if needed
