- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Contact You can reach out by phone, text, or online to request a quote or book an appointment. We’ll answer any questions and help you choose the right service. 2. Scheduling We’ll schedule your service at a time that works best for you. You’ll receive a confirmation and a reminder before the appointment. 3. On-Site Inspection When we arrive, we do a quick walk-through to assess the job and confirm the pricing. We explain the process and answer any last-minute questions. 4. Service Begins We use professional-grade equipment to clean your air ducts, dryer vent, or perform a full deep cleaning—depending on what you booked. We take care to protect your home during the process. 5. Final Walk-Through After the job is complete, we review the work with you, make sure you’re satisfied, and provide tips for maintaining your system. 6. Payment & Receipt Payment is collected once the job is done. We accept cash, card, or digital payment. A receipt is provided immediately. 7. Follow-Up We may check in after the service to ensure you’re happy and remind you when it’s time for future maintenance.
