Mike's crew did a great job to repair our stairs for a reasonable price. Even though it was worse than we initially thought, he made sure everything was taken care of without gouging us. I definitely plan to use Cha Construction for future projects.

Mike and his team were great! He was great on the phone and text, let us know before he was arriving, and did a great job on our project. When everything wasn’t exactly how I wanted, his team stuck around for an extra hour to make sure that everything was perfect and we were happy. I’d suggest Mike and his team and will definitely use him again for any projects I have. Attached are some before and after photos (the stairs are level, my grass needs work)
