FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Individual cost lowers as your frequency increases for the month. Single sessions are available with more flexibility. Contracts have the flexibility for emergencies or cancellations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first encounter is an opportunity for us to get familiar, and to share your goals and your previous experiences. We will do a physical and dietary assessment, which I will use to create your individualized plan. We shall discuss your expectations, and address any questions you may have.
