- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
our prices have been and always will be competitive within the industry adjusting to current industry economy, customer should know a range of pricing in materials and that would translate an approximate to the cost of labor. although a lot of contractors charge a just price for their valued labor we keep on pricing our projects to the standards without sacrificing quality & detail for more expensive charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
our approach is always as professional as possible always trying to educate our customers about their different options and possibilities within the reach for the ambitions of their project as well as trying to be specific on how their project would develop in the different stages to the end assisting with several options on materials & ideas, we're here to help.
