I am so happy with the quality and finished look of my new flooring. Very pleased to work with Joan, Josias and Juan(I think). Before the project started they were very responsive and helpful when it came to the selection of the type of flooring that would work for my space. Great recommendations and feedback when I sent the options I was looking at. I felt very comfortable every step of the way. They are great at what they do. I already gave a referral.

Josias and Juan did and excellent job from start to finish. They refinished our hardwood floors in our historic home in Anacostia DC and transformed the look to complement the character of the home. The living and dining room and entrance hall we sanded and stained with a semi gloss water based finished. We paid extra for their help to move very heavy furniture and they went above and beyond to ensure each piece was back in place and even helped me do little things I couldn't bend to do because I'm expecting. Josias was very responsive and sent pictures of the progress along the way. They finished the floors in one day and I was able to walk on it that same night pretty much. It was bot a lot of dust like I expected. I highly recommend Crafted Hardwood Floors Inc. for your flooring needs. Exceptional customer service as well.
