- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We tend to book out approximately 1-2 weeks of average, so get on that consult today! Don't forget to ask about package discount pricing available for larger hour bundles. We do have a 4 hour MINIMUM for each project. Due to changes in Thumbtack's policies, INSTANT BOOKINGS require a first-visit deposit in order to hold the appointment. During your consult, an estimated time to complete will be provided upon request, but it is exactly that, an estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The very first thing is to walk through and find out what YOU need and want from your space. There are a million ways to organize; I want to find the one that works for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent 15 years in administrative support roles, and understand what it's like to balance a bunch of things at once.
