- What types of customers have you worked with?
Weight loss, toning and sculpting
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ensure your trainer follows through with your specific training needs and goals. Not the goal that he or she wants you to assign to you. Its your body and your happiness. Request to see their certification. Don't just take their advice that they are a personal trainer. You may want to ask your potential trainer these questions: 1) What are you strengths and weaknesses? 2) Do you have references. 3) Through what agency are you certified? (ask to physically see it) 4) What is you training / exercise philosophy? 5) What do you charge and how do you expect to be paid? (inquire about hidden fees)
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I am a 14 year Army veteran that had a dream and a passion. On 2013Nov11 (Veterans Day), I resigned from my job as a Senior Accountant at a major healthcare firm to follow my dream. I established MilesPT, LLC, and residential health and wellness service amenity company, specializing in personal, group fitness, and small group training. Being my own boss while helping others is a dream come true for me and I encourage anyone to do the same. Identify your passion, find a way to make a profit from it, and dive in full time. BEST CHOICE OF MY LIFE.
