FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

inspections and support with insurance claims are free and do not require any customer commitments

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    MBA

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

In terms of the inspection, don’t work with roofers that want a signed agreement to r a commitment to hire them to fix or replace the roof before they even do your inspection. You should get a detailed i inspection and report to i form your decisions, not after you’ve been cajoled into making decisions. In terms of hiring a contractor, insist on working with a company that has been in business at least 5+ years, provides long-term warranties on work and not only on products, has an office address so you can always find them, puts adequate insurance on every project (millions, not just 50k). For roofing, everyone will promise good shingles; make sure you know the brand and quality of all the other components of the roofing system. Stay away from the “one-call close” salespeople who push for a signed contract the first time you talk with them. If there’s some special promotion that you have to take Today or you’l lose out, then they’re afraid to let you see what competitors are offering. It’s a big decision. You should look around. And go onliine to see ratings on Angi’s, BBB, etc
