- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All other packages are tailored to each owner and investor needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have a meeting (in person, email, or phone) which ever one is comfortable for the client. We will go over the client wants and needs and go over package that fit there specific needs. Once we get a contract sign and all on same page we will begin working as soon as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
13 years experience in managing properties such as affordable housing, low income housing, market rate and section 8. Member of NARPM Certification in Affordable Housing
