1st Class Property Management LLC is a great company. They are very attentive, caring and professional. I have never had an issue that wasn’t met with such swiftness and follow through. I have had some experiences with bad property management and I can honestly say I wish I would have found 1st Class Property Management first and I wouldn’t have moved around so much! A1!!!

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?The one time $150 is for your company to be Set Up in our Property Management system. This fee is due only once. It's a service we use to get your account set up in our system. The owners can have 24/7 owner access to all records and activities via an owner portal. Access allows an owner to view the lease, any repair bills whether the tenant has paid their rent and review your rental income details. All other packages are tailored to each owner and investor needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We will have a meeting (in person, email, or phone) which ever one is comfortable for the client. We will go over the client wants and needs and go over package that fit there specific needs. Once we get a contract sign and all on same page we will begin working as soon as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?13 years experience in managing properties such as affordable housing, low income housing, market rate and section 8. Member of NARPM Certification in Affordable Housing
