We met Maxine at our home and she was not only punctual but full of helpful information to help us with some issues we were having with our new rescue dog Cheyenne.
Prior to meeting in person I had a phone call with Maxine that also answered all of my questions and made me feel like I was making the right choice hiring Barkbusters.
Maxine also has been available to me with follow up questions and concerns with getting Cheyenne to respond to me. Maxine also included our resident dog Laura in the training.
We are very satisfied with her services so far and look forward to continue to work with her.

We've had two sessions with Maxine (an initial 3 hour visit and an hour long follow up visit) and couldn't be happier. We took in a 3 year old lab/beagle mix named Hamish about two months ago and needed some help with basic obedience training and also some specific problems: nuisance barking, pulling on the leash, and some occasional guarding behavior. After just one session, we were able to communicate much more effectively with Hamish and his problem behaviors lessened. And the extra guidance we got at our follow up session today has already proven extremely useful. Hamish used to bark and bark at passersby and not heed any of our efforts to quiet him. Now he barks less frequently and when he does we're able to get his attention and he stops. His recall has also improved dramatically. Overall, he's also much calmer - it's obvious he feels more comfortable now that he understands our respective roles and what's expected of him. We feel fully supported by Maxine and highly recommend her services.

After the very first lesson, Kirby is healing (not rushing the door), he's not jumping up on my husband when he walks in the door, & I can make dinner & Kirby doesn't cross the invisible boundary line. We are still working on leash work but it's getting better every day. Looking forward to next lesson. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND BARK BUSTERS.
