James has not returned my calls or even had the decency to respond to my text messages once he was provided feedback of his “work.” In writing, James stated he was going to provide certain tasks that he never completed. For instance, putting down fabric and weed preventer. The tasks he did complete are far below the industry standard. The trees he planted are already uprooting and are unsymmetrical. He never removed rocks, weeds and/or pebbles before putting down grass seed and then worst of all, he dumped/left a huge pile of dirt and grass from the “edging” he completed.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My pricing is based on the volume and weight of the project. I do have a senior discount (65 and older) I do have a veteran discount.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    My typical process is scheduling either a video call consultation with the customer to assess the size of the project, have the customer send pictures, or do an in person estimate depending on what the customer is most comfortable with.
