It was Sunday and our washing machine broke while washing a load of clothes. Panicked we called our usual appliance repair phone and left a message. When they called us back on Monday, they made an appointment for us 8 days later!!! This would be an issue at any time but this was 12/22/25 and we were expecting our family to visit and spend a few days with us for Christmas!!!! We reviewed multiple repair sites and saw the reviews about Frank and his kindness and expertise. We called him that day and he agreed to come at the end of his day which he did with a part he stopped to get that should have worked based on the machines error code we had given him. When he tried it, he was surprised that it did not work and agreed to return the next day after researching more options for that models repair. He came back on 12/23 as promised and successfully installed a new part and spent time explaining the repair issues, key information about our model and suggestions for the future. He was kind, patient and showed expertise and tenacity. His prices were more than reasonable which was a holiday miracle for us. We decided to delete our previous contact info for repair and gladly replaced it with this number. Although we are blessed with very few repair needs, we are grateful that we now have someone we can trust and appreciate for his knowledge and prompt service.

Metro Appliance Services came out today to repair my washing machine. Frank did a fantastic job! He came to the appt. on time and ready to work. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough in his work. He completed the job very quickly with a fair price. I will definitely use this company again.

I Have used Foreman several times now. He is knowledgeable, easy to work with and available. I think his rates are fair.He will continue to be my go to appliance person.

He diagnosed the issue right away with my wall oven. but the thermostat proved to be difficult to remove from the front. The oven needed to be removed from the wall to get to the thermostat coupling. Putting the oven back in the cabinet was challenging. Upon return with the part was now simple to replace because the coupling was now in the right place to be removed from the front.

We use The Appliance Blue Book's recommended pricing as a guide. We're usually 10 - 25% less. We offer senior and military discounts, and a warranty on parts and labor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From start to finish, you will be fully informed of the repair process. Our trained staff will intake the customer's information, the appliance information and schedule a day and time for the appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All staff is fully trained in their respective roles. Continual education is key to providing the best possible experience for both the customer and the technician. From manufacturer's product training to technical online education, we are about this life!
