I cannot say enough great things about Metro Appliance Services and Frank who came out to repair our dryer. His thoroughness, knowledge, kindness, proficiency with the repair and stellar customer service made for a great experience overall. We called many companies; talked to several people; had a terrible experience and lost money before we found Metro today. Metro had to come in and finish what another company did not diagnose correctly and did not complete. His price was great and competitive but more than worth it. Frank went above and beyond to give us a working dryer on the same day.Even though we had to go through a lot of drama and unnecessary expense before we found Metro, truthfully, I'm no longer upset about it because now Metro is our "go to" appliance repair company! We never have to go searching again!Last note - One of the big things that stood out for us is that we called Metro and Metro is the company that came out. It wasn't a situation where we called and made arrangements with one company and then they contracted the job out to another company that we didn't get to vet for ourselves.With all that said, Metro and Frank were a very good experience from start to finish.Kimberly T.

Mr Frank was absolutely amazing! He was very knowledgeable on the problem and fixed our oven. Our oven was smelling like gas every time we turned it on but now we smell no gas when we turn on our oven thanks to Mr Frank.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use The Appliance Blue Book's recommended pricing as a guide. We're usually 10 - 25% less. We offer senior and military discounts, and a warranty on parts and labor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From start to finish, you will be fully informed of the repair process. Our trained staff will intake the customer's information, the appliance information and schedule a day and time for the appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All staff is fully trained in their respective roles. Continual education is key to providing the best possible experience for both the customer and the technician. From manufacturer's product training to technical online education, we are about this life!
