- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use The Appliance Blue Book's recommended pricing as a guide. We're usually 10 - 25% less. We offer senior and military discounts, and a warranty on parts and labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From start to finish, you will be fully informed of the repair process. Our trained staff will intake the customer's information, the appliance information and schedule a day and time for the appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All staff is fully trained in their respective roles. Continual education is key to providing the best possible experience for both the customer and the technician. From manufacturer's product training to technical online education, we are about this life!
