My kitchen sink was leaking. I noticed only after finding a pool of water under my cabinet. His response to an emergency situation was prompt. He was courteous and professional. However, it did take 3 visits to complete the job. The first visit was the installation of the new garbage disposer. The second visit was to repair the warped board under the cabinet as this wasn't arranged as part of the original job. He needed materials and to be certain that my landlord would pay for the additional work to be done. The third visit was in response to me calling because my dishwasher wouldn’t drain after install. The problem was inconvenient but small. He had to remove a plug he overlooked during installation. I did appreciate that he had his own protective gear and he cleaned up each space he worked in before leaving. I have already recommended him to a friend.
