Introduction: We pride ourselves on our level of customer satisfaction. We tailor all residential cleans to the individual homeowner so that they aren't paying for services they don't need or use. We take the same care with a homeowner's house as we do with our own. We are always available to answer any questions or concerns that may arise. We work with all insurance companies on water, mold and fire losses and are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week and all holidays. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard price for our Duct Cleaning services which is $350.00 for a single HVAC system and up to 15 vents. Additional vents are priced at $12 each and we offer fogging to sanitize the system after cleaning at $50.00 per system. All other services are priced based on the customer's individual needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go to the homeowner's residence to provide a free estimate on whatever services they are in need of. We tailor our services to meet their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our firm as well as our techs are IICRC Certified in Water, Mold and Fire Mitigation.
