Document Preparation: Once I clearly understand the client's needs, I assist them in preparing the necessary documents for notarization. This may involve reviewing the documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal requirements. 3. Scheduling the Appointment: After preparing the documents, I work with the client to schedule a convenient time and place for the notarization appointment. This could be at their home, office, or any other location that suits their needs. 4. Notarization Process: During the notarization appointment, I verify the signatory's identity by requesting valid identification documents, such as a driver's license or passport. I then carefully review the documents to ensure they are complete and ready for notarization. Once the documents are ready, I administer the notarial act by affixing my official seal or stamp on the documents and signing as the notary. I also record the necessary details in my notary journal, as the law requires. 5.
