My water was spitting and sputtering, at first clear then brown and then no water. Breaker box was fine. Tried again and had clear water, still spitting and sputtering. Was concerned for the softener and neutralizer systems. Called Atlantic Blue, approximately 3:30pm on a Friday. They sent Alex who arrived by approximately 4:05pm. He was great! Ran all kinds of checks, backwashed units, never once rushed or acted in a hurry. Could not pin point an issue besides possibly due to all of the recent rain. Assured us our units were good and we would not be hurting them by using the water. Showed us how to backwash in case we needed to over the weekend. Great service, fast service. Alex was awesome!

We had Kyle over to our house yesterday. He arrived early, after calling to make sure it was OK, and was great to work with. He did everything we needed and then some. Thanks Kyle! --- As a side note, this is in great contrast to the last person we had, last year, who installed our water softener (which does work great, by the way). This person forgot to turn a knob and water was bypassing our conditioning system the entire year... so it wasn't even being used. Maybe they did this when they installed the softener and forgot to turn it back. No idea. Therefore our water had a low ph. Kyle noticed this and corrected the problem. Furthermore...we had a tech guy who was supposed to come out to test our water again after installation of softener, and that guy completely missed his window and didn't bother calling till after he was supposed to have arrived..so I wasted my afternoon waiting for him. That was frustrating. None of this was Kyle's fault. He did great. Hire more people like Kyle :)
