Had a sump pump issue, Christopher responded promptly, explained everything clearly, diagnosed the issue, presented the options, and did a great job. Sent a message in the morning, by lunch the same day, problem solved and sump pump replaced. First time using them, I would definitely consider using them again. Support good people, 10 out of 10, would recommend for your plumbing needs.

At 1100pm at night, I noticed a puddle of water in my downstairs bathoom. Afternoon Plumbing came out that night, checked the toilet. Returned next morning to repair toilet. Done in 1 hour.

I called needing some work done on my water heater (drain, anode rod). They were able to come out within a couple days and did the work quickly and well. They were very respectful and informative in explaining the services that they recommended. They were able to make the repairs on the spot for a very reasonable cost.I have used Afternoon Plumbing in the past and I will continue to use them - good work, trustworthy, reasonably priced. And they were in a good mood, not your usual grumpy repair person. The whole thing was actually pretty pleasant. You can't always say that when you're looking at appliance repair/service. I highly recommend!

Beautiful job. Had an emergency with my dishwasher line, leaking bad. I have a really old house they were able to help quickly even though I called late at night. Completely replaced my main water valve, sink and toliet all in the same trip. Fantastic work, all work beautifully. I cant thank you guys enough! I'll be calling again in the future for more work for sure!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimates and quotes are free. The $150 minimum only applies when work is actually performed, not when we're just giving you a quote. If work is discovered that falls outside the original scope of the project such as additional repairs or replacements the scope and price will be adjusted accordingly. We always communicate changes with additional work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand your needs and the issue you’re dealing with. From there, if we need to see it in person we schedule a visit, assess the situation on-site, explain your options clearly, and provide an upfront estimate before any work begins. Once approved, we complete the job efficiently and make sure everything is working properly before we wrap up.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bryant is a Licensed Master Plumber who completed formal trade school training and worked in the union. Bryant has spent decades working on residential and commercial projects throughout Maryland. His extensive experience includes everything from complex system installations to routine repairs, giving him the expertise to handle any plumbing challenge.
