- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and based on the scope of work, materials selected, site conditions, and project complexity. We do not use bait and switch pricing or surprise fees. Every estimate is clearly outlined so you know exactly what you are paying for. We focus on fair, competitive pricing that reflects quality workmanship and proper installation. Discounts may be available for bundled projects, seasonal promotions, or flexible scheduling, but we prioritize long term value over being the cheapest option.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial conversation to understand your goals, timeline, and budget. From there, we schedule an on site evaluation to review the project details, take measurements, and discuss options. After the visit, we provide a clear written estimate and walk you through the scope of work so there are no surprises. Once approved, we schedule the project, handle any required coordination, and keep you informed throughout the process until final completion and walkthrough.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands on experience in residential construction and exterior remodeling, supported by ongoing training in materials, installation standards, and local building requirements. We stay current with best practices to ensure projects are completed correctly, safely, and to code. In addition to field experience, our leadership has extensive background in construction operations, project management, and customer service, which ensures a smooth and professional experience from start to finish.
