I cannot say more about Mike. He responded in less than 24 hrs, was PROFESSIONAL, & addressed all of my needs. My thermostat was not communicating with my HVAC & he replaced it on the spot. He walked me through some other issues & suggested ways to maintain my HVAC. He even looked at my tenants' issues & corrected those as well (replaced filters and corrected circuit breaker). I will be utilizing Mike's services moving forward with my minor plumber issues, HVAC, & electrical maintenance & upgrades. Mike provided EXCELLENT service. He assisted my elderly father in fixing his air conditioning unit. I was prepared for the worst and was very concerned about how I would cover the costs. Mike not only informed me of the potential costs of a new unit but also let me know of the potential ways I’d be able to afford one. He went above and beyond in fixing my dad’s existing unit and was an excellent communicator keeping me informed every step of the way. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND and APPRECIATE his services!

As a first-time homeowner and someone who doesn't know much about HVAC systems, Mike took the time to explain the dos and don'ts of my system. He gave simple instructions about my system and things I should keep in mind for regular maintenance. He did not try to upsell his service and answered my questions respectfully and attentively. I scheduled my appointment a couple weeks out in anticipation of not being able to afford fixing my AC unit. Mr. Mike offered to show up the very next day and saved me hundreds of dollars in repairs..a true blessing!! He found the issue with my unit and was able to fix it extremely fast. My house cooled down within the hour and I can’t even believe how comfortable it feels in here now. Every summer up until now has been a struggle. I’m definitely going to refer them to everyone I know and won’t hesitate to use them for all future projects…Mr. Mike is a genuinely nice dude and the least I can do right now is pay it forward - I highly recommend.
