I come prepared to every event with over 25,000 musical selections covering all genres of music and songs on discs that are 100% purchased and legal. If you ask for a song and for some reason I don't have it, I'll purchase it before your event. Simple as that. I do not use illegally downloaded, error-filled/poor sound quality, shared files from a laptop with a basic controller or an iPod. The brands of my equipment are: Cerwin Vega, Gemini, Peavey, Pioneer, Roland, Shure, Sony, and Technics. My 8 light effects and haze are all American DJ and Chauvet. I have realized that the brand names of DJ equipment isn't something everyone is so tuned in to. Therefore, I am encouraging any of my potential clients to not only ask the DJs they’re interested in booking what type of equipment they will use but to even do some research about the brands online—at least by image search and features if nothing else. Since the wiring is hidden under my own white or ivory (if the venue doesn't have their own table skirting), my equipment is very neat in appearance. I come to every event properly attired, whether it’s theme, formal, semi-formal or casual. I have 26 years of experience and have event references, from no more than 2 weeks ago, for the whole year. I have over 80 venue references from anniversaries, birthday parties, college and high school dances, corporate functions, graduation parties, nightclubs, project graduations, proms, reunions, semi-formals, wedding receptions (including ceremonial music), and all private parties. Premium Service - 8 different light effects set up on a goalie post lighting trees, fog/haze, a lighting technician, & an 18” subwoofer added to the sound. Basic Service - no lighting, no fog/haze, no lighting technician, & no 18” subwoofer. Included in the quote I'll provide you for both levels of service are travel time/expense, set-up/teardown time, and coordination. There are absolutely no hidden fees.
