Showed up 1.5 hours late, no communication. Ghislain Mompremier was the only man who was on the truck which was medium-large in size and already partially filled with machine parts. I told him that my furniture & boxes would not be able to fit due to this and I also discussed my apprehension about safely getting my furniture including an enclosed glass curio down the stairs. He kept telling me that he was expecting another person to show up (this person never did). After hours debating the situation I informed Ghislain that I was not comfortable allowing him to continue and asked him to leave. He was very polite and I honestly wish we had been able to work it out, but since this wasn't the case, I was forced to hire another moving company. If Ghislain had arrived with at least one more person and the truck empty as expected I would have had a much better experience. I wish him well in the future and hope he learns from this disastrous situation
