Our other quotes, in our opinion, used a lower quality shingle which two of the houses we owned had previous issues with so we were looking for a better quality shingle. The Refined Roofing representative genuinely cared about what the company was putting on the roof to ensure the quality of their job. They did an outstanding job with the install. They took extra care to pickup the materials and nails, even having a few additional workers review the ground after pickup was completed. Our roof looks amazing. The refined roofing representative suggested changing the color of the drip edge to match the shingles and it looks top-notch. We also want to mention the outstanding customer service. Our questions were answered immediately, including after the install and payment while we were completing the questions for the warranty.
