My husband got me a Christmas gift of a boudoir shoot with Justine. He knew I had wanted to do one with her, but also knew I'd never spend the money on myself like that. To say that I was excited is an understatement. Justine did our one year wedding anniversary photos (which we also LOVED) and I've been faithfully stalking her photos ever since. All I had to do for the boudoir shoot was contact her to set up a day/time and she gave me a recommendation of a hair/make up artist (Jessica) if I wanted to go that route, which of course I wanted to do. Jessica was laid back, funny, confident and she did an incredible job on both hair and makeup. I wish I could do my makeup like that myself, but I am not that skilled! Justine's studio was extremely comfortable and helped put me at ease and calm some nervousness I had. I brought a TON of stuff since I had no idea what to wear/use and Justine went through everything with me helping to decided what would look best together. I even brought my bird vest (I hunt) and she LOVED the idea of having some fun with it. We laughed a lot during the shoot and that relaxed feeling really shows through the photos. She had great ideas for poses and encouraged me to come up with some of my own if I wanted. I got to see a few teasers just a few days after the shoot and I LOVE them. Her style is so vibrant, colorful and full of life so I'm not surprised! I have to tell you, I wish I had a time machine so I could hire Justine to shoot my wedding! I can't wait to see the rest of the boudoir photos and for the next time I get to work with her! Thanks Justine!
