We were SO lucky to have found Cole and the Fineline Groundcare team! I was especially impressed with their thorough communication from the first call, to updates the day we were scheduled for services. Its so hard to get a call back from anyone these days, and the owners response rate was exceptional!We hired them to fix two sets of outdoor stairs that had previously been improperly installed, and had them rip out a few trees starting to grow close to the foundation. They came up with an even better structural plan to prevent the stairs from sinking again in the future! They really thought the project through!Our yard was left very clean, with no signs that a tractor had been driven on it, and the areas where the trees had been pulled looked perfectly clean and tidy!We also inquired about having a mailbox installed, and were delighted to hear they actually keeps posts and mailboxes on hand incase any clients mailboxes have a boo-boo due to big plow trucks going by. I appreciate how thorough and caring it is that they plan ahead for any error that could come up!We will have them back to install a mailbox that we chose and ordered online, and pull up a couple more trees that we discovered hiding behind the bushes near the house.We felt the cost for their landscaping services was fair, and we got a quote for plowing this winter which was also a reasonable rate to expect to pay. They were upfront about all rates for plowing, sanding, and how many times they plow based on how many inches of snow falls. They are even going to implement using an app to alert us when they will arrive to plow so we have time to clean our cars off and move them so we wont have to shovel any leftover areas.All in all its so hard to find exceptional service providers these days, and I would 100% stop searching for any other landscaping companies and just call them right now!

Called Fineline Groundcare and received a call back within 15min. Kinda was trapped at home after a bad, icy storm. Snowblower wouldn't touch it. Fineline was here within 30 min. after call.Owner, Cole Bennett, sent a Great Guy, Christopher (Risto) to help me out.Tough job to do as ice covered snow and ground was thawed out on my dirt driveway.GREAT JOB DONE and BEST RESPONSE TIME I've ever Seen!!!

I have two propwetirs and I always get a Prompt response and shows up when needed! I work at a hospital and even when asked to have the driveway done at 2am so I can get to work on time they are there! Sanding as well! Never had an issue and will continue to use their services for a third winter! Rates are very reasonable and fair.
