I've been in practice for over 30 years. For several years, I was a partner in a small firm, but most of that time, I've practiced on my own. I am currently accepting clients in all areas of family law: • Divorce • Child custody • Child support • Spousal support • Paternity • Mediation • Protection from abuse • Gestational agreements I also handle most real estate and business matters, wills and probate cases, business and incorporations, and most types of civil litigation. I generally work with a retainer and bill on an hourly basis. For relatively straight-forward matters, I bill on a flat fee. I'm happy to consider payment schedules that fit a person's budget. I'm the past president (1984-1985) of the Portland Jaycees and am a member and past president (1996-1997) of the Portland Rotary Club.
