- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for private events vary based upon the scope of the event and location. For a complete wedding, including travel, setup, and breakdown, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, my standard fee is $ 2,000. This can be flexible depending on many factors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) I prefer to eventually connect with a client on the phone after the initial introduction via message, email, text, etc. This way, we can communicate effectively in real-time about all their needs, and they can share their true vision for the event with me. However texting & messages can work as well. 2) After agreeing on terms, pricing, and all specifics, as much communication as needed, I send the client a contract to review. They have the opportunity to ask any questions or request changes at this point. When everything is perfect, they send back the signed contract. 3) I arrive and play your event!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in audio and music production, and I been DJing for over 20 years and have played at over 60 weddings, numerous private events, and hundreds of bar and club nights. Additionally, I have worked in sales & customer services in many forms throughout my life, and love working with people to bring events to life.
