I was very happy with not.a.drop's work painting a bathroom remodel project for me. Will's is very responsive and professional in his communications, and he did a great job with prep and painting, including nice work finishing some drywall patches and painting some built-in shelves. Will was very responsive to our requests. Our original trim color did not come out the way we wanted and he went the extra mile to nail down the correct color and sheen and get it perfectly matched. Will’s communication was good throughout the project and he made excellent use of an online “progress” portal, including the use of photos.
