Diane provided me a quote for a potrait photography job that was very time sensitive. Her enthusiasm and communication were excellent. I booked her for the job, we corresponded some more, set a day. Then she cancelled the job soon after when she was offered a better paying one. I understand her decision, but it lacked professionalism, and caused me significant problems.

This is unfair, that was not the case. I had a very sick child which I chose not to share that information with you at the time. I apologize for the miscommunication. It was a long time ago.
