She is an attorney, and masters level social worker, with a wide breadth experience which allows her to cross industry lines, and manage a complex array of business development issues. As a business woman, legal and social justice advocate, and technology pioneer, Ms. Weinstein has been able to meld legal and advanced social science training with practical management experience, orchestrating the cohesive development of cutting edge technology companies. Her previous experience also includes business development, legal, and public policy advocacy for people with disabilities and in the field of alternative dispute resolution. Ms. Weinstein holds two graduate degrees, a JD and an MSW, and is a published book author on Mediation in the Workplace, Greenwood Press.
