Introduction: I am extremely passionate about bringing the most personalized and special care to each individual's needs. I have been teaching yoga for over 2 years now and am studying to become an Ayurvedic Health Practitioner. My goal is to bring each individual specialized care for their personal needs and goals. I love taking lessons with Gabriela. Her knowledge of yoga, Avurveda, and overall health is astounding and I have learned so much from her. Her calming and gentle nature makes you instantly feel comfortable and relaxed. She really takes the time to learn about you in order to personalize your care to best support you and meet your individual needs. I always leave my lessons with her feeling inspired and empowered to continue working on my personal health. I am enjoying private sessions with her and will continue to work with her. I would recommend her lessons to anyone looking to take control of their overall health and improve their yoga practice. She is kind, genuine, passionate and a wealth of knowledge. I absolutely loved Gabriela’s class it was amazing. She really catered to my needs and areas I needed work on. She also greeted everyone with a huge smile and it was very welcoming. I felt like I was home there. After the class I felt amazing and refreshed like I was almost a new person. It really inspired me to keep going and become healthier and happier. I recommend anyone who’s interested in feeling healthier and good about their body to attend her class, she was wonderful.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To start, we have a longer first session so I am better able to customize and modify to meet your needs. Once we start our plan we will work towards our goals!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a 200HR RYT. I am currently studying to become an Ayurvedic Health Practioner. Ayurveda is the sister science to Yoga and helps me to customize the practice, even more, to help your body heal itself.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I first came to Yoga in high school and continued to use yoga, breathe work, mindfulness in my work through psychology with my clients. It helped in my personal life and in my work that I got certified and have continued my education to become the best teacher and guide I can be.
