What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The best way to handle ongoing pest issues is for Green Shield Pest Solutions to visit your home on a quarterly basis to break the life cycle of the pest so they do not return. We typically offer an initial rate followed by a quarterly rate with free re-visits in between if pests return.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are very transparent with pricing and do not require much information to schedule an inspection and treatment. A quick 5-10 minute conversation to evaluate the pest issue is necessary, followed by scheduling a two-hour window of time for a technician to visit. We are usually available the very next day!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both owners have their master applicator license, structural (7a), and biting-flies (7e) licenses, which involves passing 4 written and 1 oral exam through the Board of Pesticides Control (BPC). All technicians have their structural and biting-flies licenses and are able to treat a wide-range of pest issues.
