Wow! I was really impressed. He scheduled me quickly and when he arrived the install was more complicated due to the age of the home. Joe quickly assessed, got the right tools/fittings and installed my dishwasher in a timely manner. He was pleasant and had a great attitude dealing with all the obstacles. The price was very reasonable. I will use this provider again.

Joe was very responsive, great communication. Very professional installation of our dishwasher. With an older home installations can be difficult but, Joe made sure everything fit right and looked good. We would use him again.

Joe clearly knows his stuff and works quickly and efficiently. Had a new 1/2 hp badger garbage disposal installed in a few minutes and cruised right on to the next one. A+, Five Stars, all that!

Getting appliances delivered through Home Depot turned out to be way more confusing than I expected, and honestly, Joe explained the process more clearly than the store employees did. He disconnected and reconnected my gas stove around the delivery, and was flexible and patient the whole time, working around the schedule without any stress on my end. He was courteous and clearly knows his craft. I'd recommend Joe and McCollum Property Services to anyone who needs help with appliance installation or similar work.
