I recently hired Joe to take down and install multiple ceiling fans along with a dishwasher, and I couldnt be happier with the results. Joe recommended the products he thought were best and were top quality. Some of the fans were a challenge due to the age of my home but Joe took the time to to figure what needed to be done and was done the right way. Joe was punctual, professional, everything was handled neatly and efficiently, Joe moved form one install to the next no lollygagging and the work looks great. I had a simple job; fix the internal guts of a toilet and replace the seat. I called around for 'handymen' and most wanted me to commit to a 3 hour minimum hourly rate (in the mid-$200s) before even considering coming. Then I found Joe. He charged by the job. He scheduled me as soon as possible and kept his promise. He was professional and courteous. He assessed the job, communicated what was needed, then went for parts and had it done correctly the first time. If you don't want to deal with big company bureaucracy who hire low skilled employees, MPS is your choice. A great local business. 5 Stars!
