- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We aim to keep our pricing fair and competitive while recognizing that no two properties are the same. That’s why we don’t use one-size-fits-all pricing. Instead, we assess each property in person and provide a written estimate based on its specific needs. This approach helps us stay transparent and accurate in our pricing. We also offer occasional discounts and seasonal promotions, so feel free to ask what might be available. At Garden Guys Landscaping, we focus on providing reliable, high-quality service at a price that makes sense for your property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start every new project with a site visit to walk the property with the client and get a clear sense of their goals. This gives us a chance to see the layout firsthand, note any challenges, and discuss specific requests. After the walk-through, we put together a detailed estimate and, if needed, a design plan. We’re happy to make adjustments based on your feedback and aim to keep the process collaborative and transparent from start to finish. Once everything is approved, we’ll review scheduling and set a start date. Our goal is to keep communication clear and make sure the final result matches your vision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Maine Orono, which gives me a strong foundation in sustainable landscape practices. This background allows us to offer eco-friendly lawn treatments and make environmentally responsible decisions across all our services. In addition to traditional landscaping, our team specializes in designing pollinator-friendly gardens that support local ecosystems. These spaces aren’t just visually appealing—they’re built to attract birds, bees, and other beneficial species, helping promote biodiversity while enhancing your property.
