FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep our pricing fair and competitive, but every property is different, so we don’t use one-size-fits-all pricing. Instead, we typically visit the property and provide a written estimate based on the size, layout, and scope of work. This helps ensure the price is accurate and there are no surprises later. We occasionally offer seasonal promotions as well, so feel free to ask if anything is currently available. Our goal is simple: provide reliable, high-quality work at a price that makes sense for your property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a site visit so we can walk the property with you and understand your goals. This allows us to see the layout firsthand, discuss ideas, and identify any potential challenges. After the visit, we prepare a detailed written estimate and, when needed, a design plan. We’re happy to adjust the plan based on your feedback to make sure everything aligns with your vision. Once the scope is approved, we schedule the work and keep communication clear throughout the project so you always know what to expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Maine in Orono, which gives me a strong background in sustainable landscape practices and responsible site management. That training helps guide many of the decisions we make in the field, from soil health and drainage to environmentally responsible lawn treatments and planting choices. We also enjoy designing pollinator-friendly gardens that support birds, bees, and other beneficial species, creating landscapes that are both beautiful and good for the local ecosystem.
