- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?They will know what the price is before I start any work. I charge a minimum service fee of $75 for the first hour of a service call if contracted that money is applied to correcting the issue.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First I would like to see the job and go over it with the customer and see what they want and talk with them about the best route to go. Secondly I will write up an estimate and submit it to them. If the estimate is approved and they contact me to do the work I will let them know a day and time I can perform the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I been in the trade for 6 years and am currently enrolled at MSU to further myself in the field. I work everyday for a reputable Electrical company every day Monday-Friday but enjoy the work so much I decided to start booking during my free time
