We were recommended White-Lavender Plumbing by a friend who used them for a home project. We needed a water heater tank replacement and decided to go with an instant hot water AO Smith tankless system. W-LP was very easy to work with. Melanie was our point of contact with scheduling the appointment and any questions we had. On the day of appointment, they arrived on schedule and proceeded to change out our old water heater.Matt was very professional, efficient, respectful of our home, and cleaned up after himself (which is where I have had issues regarding other contractors). The install went smooth, looks great, and we love the new system - having hot water right away.I would highly recommend White-Lavender Plumbing to anyone who is looking for a professional, locally based company in the Ann Arbor area to help on a repair or replacement plumbing projects.

Highly recommend! They installed our kitchen sink disposal, plumbed a toilet, replaced a sillcock, repiped plumbing in our crawlspace, installed new sump pump and water heater. Matt is thorough, professional, timely, and follows through on what he says hell do. Great people!

Absolutely amazing company. Came out and replaced my water heater super professional and understanding and wanted to make sure it was perfectly set up for me. Will be the only person I will call for any sort of plumbing issues going forward.

Discovered a leak under the kitchen sink while preparing dinner. Called that evening for appointment. I chose to wait till morning (it wasn't a gusher!). Arrived on time, pleasant.well spoken. Got right to the task. Diagnosed, agreed on a plan, he sought the parts. Then installed. You don't need a plumber 'till you do! It's really good to get service that quickly and pleasantly.
