- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price by the specific job so you know exactly what the work will cost. We also provide, in writing, a one-year guarantee on all of our labor. We have a $175 minimum price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule a free-quote appointment, write-up detailed proposal on-site, begin or schedule work to be completed, payment via check or credit card upon completion of work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed and insured, and all of our craftsmen are carefully screened with a focus on quality workmanship and years of experience. We also perform regular background checks on all of our field staff, so our clients can always feel completely confident in our reliability and performance.
