I used Handyman Connection before and was very happy. I had a need to have my attic ladder repaired before Christmas so I could get all my boxes back to the attic before company so I put together a list of other repairs and called them again.Chris came out the next day and looked at the list. He reviewed what he could do for each repair and provided a quote. He was able to come out a couple days later and worked all day to complete the list. He was pleasant to work with and did a great job. He cleaned up as he completed each repair and showed me what was done.Communicate was top notch. I knew exactly when Chris as on his way and was given a link to track him.Im very pleased once again with Handyman Connection and the work Chris provided.

This was the 2nd time we worked with this service. Scheduling the consultation/estimate was very easy and quick via online. What we really appreciated about this service was timely and reliable communication. The handyman who worked on our project was friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. We had them remove and re-caulk the shower (which was in a pretty bad condition), and the job was done very well. They do up-charge the supplies, but this is clearly communicated upfront (no hidden charges). Updating us with any scheduling changes/issues promptly. This service was very good with all the communications (in a timely manner) and available to do even small jobs (we had experiences with other services when people are not very interested in doing small jobs or communication is difficult/poor).

Chris did a great job. He was friendly and professional. He even cleaned up the work area when he was done. The new TV and mount look great.

Process was very easy, as Joe responded quickly to my search on Thumbtack. Had the installer Tom come out the next day for a quick estimate on a kitchen sink pipe repair/new faucet install, which was reasonably quoted for the work required. They were even able to squeeze me in the following day to complete the job, which I really appreciated. Tom was knowledgeable, very efficient, and took me through the repair steps as he completed them. I really apprecited the feedback provided from questions I had and his professionalism. We price by the specific job so you know exactly what the work will cost. We also provide, in writing, a one-year guarantee on all of our labor. We have a $225 minimum price.
