Mariam has been great at providing advice with wellness and nutrition tips. Not only does she take the time to genuinely listen but works with you step-by-step at helping you set realistic goals and achieving them. I have often struggled with emotional eating despite having a healthy diet and working out regularly. She had me write down what I eat every day and did not pass any judgments. She was able to help me see where I could best improve by providing me useful resources and making some reasonable recommendations. I would recommend her to anyone if you want some guidance to live a healthy and realistic lifestyle.

I had a great experience with my personal trainer. I have some limitations but Mariam was able to make modifications while still giving me a challenging and rewarding workout. She is very knowledgeable as well as personable.

Merriam is wonderful. Seriously, you won't be disappointed. Not only is she genuine and kind but she is also very knowledgeable. She works with you to set goals and develop a plan that works for you.

My goal was to get back in the gym and honestly I had no idea where to start. I wanted to be healthy and fit again but motivation to go was a struggle. That’s until I began working out with Mariam. She’s been a game changer in my fitness! I’ve never had someone push me to achieve what I have been striving for like she does during our workouts. I was always hesitant with getting a trainer but it was honestly the best thing I could’ve gotten! She’s flexible in hours, and makes the workout enjoyable! I always walk out of the gym feeling motivated and better about myself. By far would recommend her to anyone trying to meet their fitness goals! She’s great!!

I turned 60 and wanted to get stronger and have more energy. I’ve worked with Mariam for over a year. She helped me ease my way into working out. She went at a pace that I was comfortable with and pushed me to slowly do more and more, encouraging me every step of the way. It’s been a great experience and I feel great!
