But what's really gratifying is helping the average Joe or the grandmother across the street, to have better quality of life. To be able to help that person build life changing habits and watch that individual smile more for it. That is why I am so passionate about this business.

Loved my time with PVSFit. I worked with both Paul and Eric, and both were excellent. They have different approaches to training, but they help you figure out who you'd work with best quickly. Their availability was great, I could always pick an early morning or late evening workout time depending on my schedule. They were also very accessible by phone, text, or Facebook to ask any questions about workouts, nutrition, or any concerns you have. My favorite thing about PVSFit though is their accountability. I knew when I started I needed someone who would push me and make sure I stayed on track. These accountability check ins included journals to track food and workouts outside of training, which were checked often. You HAVE to put in the effort. I just finished 50 sessions here, and I went down 10% body fat. Whether you are looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or maintain a healthier lifestyle overall, this is your place. Would recommend to anyone, no matter your age or current fitness level! I couldn't even do a push up in my first session and it's awesome how far I progressed by session 50. Try them out, you won't be disappointed!

Paul has developed and supervised personal fitness programs for my wife (49 year old) and me (57 year old) that has been tailored to our goals (fitness and weight loss) for the past six months. I meet with Paul 3 times a week for 30 minutes each (my wife meets with him 2 times a week), and work out on my own 3 times a week. Paul modifies the workout to work all parts of the body, explains how and why I am doing the exercise, and emphasizes healthy eating which I hope will become habitual. I have never felt healthier in my life. I haven't yet reached my weight goal, but I'm getting close and will likely establish a new goal. Paul does not coddle his clients -- he pushes me beyond what I mentally believe is my limit . But he does it in a professional, safe and enjoyable manner.

A friendly guy but knows how to gets work done. Training for military Officer Candidate School with only a short period of time to improve. Set good goals and already see improvement after just a few weeks at three workouts per week. If you want to work hard this is your guy.

I hired Paul almost seven months ago to help me train for my first NPC Bikini Competition. I was at a point where I had been working out regularly for two years, but was still unhappy with my body and struggling to get through a fitness plateau. Our first meeting was an hour and a half, and Paul listened to my goals, and explained how he would help me accomplish them. By the time I left, I couldn't wait to embark on my new fitness journey, and I knew I had found a trainer that would encourage and challenge me, yet understand that working out could not be my whole life, but an aspect of it along with work, school, and social activities. In February 2014, I weighed 146lbs and was at 26% body fat. Today (August 2014), I am 133lbs, 17% body fat, and FINALLY happy with my body. Paul helped me reach my goals by revamping my diet so that I was eating more often and healthier foods, as well as requiring that I keep a daily food log that he reviews each week. In addition to changing my eating habits, Paul also improved my workout regimen. In the privacy of the PVSFit studio gym, he pushed my body and mind with challenging workouts, which taught me how to push myself when working out on my own. He also helped me structure the workouts performed on my own time. Paul is also very accessible outside of the gym. I e-mail and text him regularly with questions, and he always gets right back to me! When I started this adventure in February 2014, I planned on using a personal trainer until I got through the competition. However, my plan has changed, and I will continue to train with Paul for the foreseeable future so that I can maintain my health and weight loss!

I am now in week 3 of working with Paul and I am more than thrilled to be working with him - I will be sure to update my review/results as I get further down this road! He makes it easy to follow a regime for fitness and provides valuable strategies for eating healthy while on-the-go as a professional. It's exactly what I wanted in a personal trainer!
