- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out as a grounds keeper and maintenance person. I thoroughly enjoyed fixing things and taking care of properties. Over a relatively brief period of time I began taking on rental and management functions.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Assessing the most immediate needs of clients and developing a plan to market, rent, and maintain a property. Typically, there are short and long term goals, such as, marketing and renting apartments to improve cash flow while developing tenant retention efforts and property improvements.
