We had Jose out to wire up our home with ethernet data jacks in every room along with a few extra drops for our wifi access points. He went above and beyond our expectations. Everything was terminated into our small network closet and labeled for us. We're going to hire Wolverine Low Voltage for our business office buildings.

Hi Jamie, this is unfortunate and does not match your tone from when we completed the installation. We spent over 5 hours at your residence, taking on tasks that were outside of the initial scope of work. This was well communicated with you at the time (repairing the new antenna that someone else had attempted to assemble, hooking up all of your TVs to OTA for live locals, etc). After all was said and done, we were $40 higher than the original quote we gave you. We always try to treat our customer’s homes as if they were our own. Yes, we could have cut corners and completed the job quicker but we simply cannot bring ourselves to do that. We are happy to discuss this with you further. Please call us anytime and we will do whatever we can to make this right.

For all wiring projects we have a standard drop fee depending on the type of wire. Installation and technical services are hourly.
