- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Photography services are very variable and it's impossible to have a standard system that encompasses all photography jobs. As a result, we offer a complementary price quote and call all of our potential clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically talk with clients over the phone to answer any questions they may have about our services or various packages in our photography sessions. Once the initial questions are answered, I'll send the client a written quote to review.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked in professional photography over 14 years. I was trained and mentored by one of the most famous wedding photographers in Chicago and have expanded my skill set and vision to a modern photojournalistic style.
