- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free phone consulations (up to 30 minutes) to determine if we can form a mutually beneficial relationship for your event. After we have decided to move forward, a speaker agreement and deposit invoice is sent. Once the agreement is signed and the deposit is made, another phone call is scheduled to get more information about the event and the company, so we can tailor the presentation. Thirty days before the event, a draft of the presentation is sent over for review. A week before the event we contact the client to finalize any last minute details. On the actual day of the event, our speaker will arrive an 60-90 mins early to double check staging and troubleshoot any issues that might come up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, our dedicated team attends seminars, webinars and conferences. We also tend to read white papers and from time-to-time pick up a good book related to our industry.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
