Here's what you need to know: Pricing -Our rates are based on factors such as square footage, type of facility, frequency of service (daily, weekly, monthly), and specific cleaning needs of your business. -We offer free on-site assessments to provide accurate quotes tailored to your space and budget. -Pricing is typically offered as a flat rate per service or hourly rate, depending on your preference and scope of work. -DISCOUNTS First-time customer discount; Get (10%-15%) off your first month of service. -Long-term contracts: enjoy discounted rates when you sign a 6 month or 12-month agreement. -Referral program: Earn service credits or discounts for referring other business to us. *Bundle & Save: Combine general cleaning with additional services (carpet cleaning, window washing) for package pricing. **Additional Fees *After-hours or emergency service: Mat includes a small surcharge for jobs outside regular business hours. *Specialty services: Deep cleaning, hazardous waste removal, or floor stripping/waxing may be billed separately based on complexity. ** CANCELLATIONS: We ask for -24-48 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. _

On-Site Walkthrough We offer free on-site visit to assess your space. This helps us. -Understand your unique cleaning needs -Identify high-priority or sensitive areas. -Take measurements and notes for accurate quoting 3. Customized Quote & Service Plan Based on our walkthrough, we provide a detailed proposal that includes: * A customized cleaning plan * Pricing breakdown * Schedule options *Any special instructions or add-ons 4. Agreement & Scheduling Once you approve the proposal, we finalize the service agreement, including: * Scope of work * Start date *Payment terms *Point of contact for communication 5. Service Begins Our trained and professional team arrives on schedule to deliver high-quality cleaning according to your plan.
