Empire gutter gaurds answered my interest Immediately.Ray Kelly and his team Dave and Bailey had top notch people skills as far as answering questions and making sure I knew the time frame and process. These guys are professional. They made it clear they wanted me to be happy when they were finished. I had a plugged downspout which they completely cleaned. They cleaned all the gutters reinforced and installed the gutter gaurds. They cleaned up after themselves. And they were pleasant professional and helpful.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in honest, straightforward pricing with no surprises. We also offer military and senior discounts! As a locally owned business, we're able to keep our prices competitive without sacrificing quality. Every home is different, so we provide free, no-obligation estimates based on your specific needs. Our goal is to give you the best value for your money, not sell you something you don't need!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to keep things simple! First, we'll learn a little about your home and what you're looking for. From there, we'll assess your gutters, explain your options, and provide a free, straightforward estimate. Once you're ready to move forward, we'll schedule your installation at a convenient time. We take pride in our work and always make sure you're happy with the finished product!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from hands-on work installing gutters and gutter protection systems throughout Southeast Michigan. We understand the importance of proper installation, drainage, and choosing materials that can withstand Michigan's changing seasons. We specialize in quality gutter systems and LeafBlaster Pro micro-mesh gutter guards, and we're committed to doing every installation the right way.
