- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Many things can come into play when pricing your job. Just a few of the factors are, Type of work, Difficulty, and the type of material requested. Landscaping is something that requires a custom quote for every job. I would shy away from anyone thats willing to quote prices over the phone. A good contractor wants to know what he/she is getting into, And the end product will show this.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The one thing i would highly recommend when hiring a contractor is to look at their company appearance. A company that takes care of themselves and their equipment is more likely to do the same with your home. Also is your contractor insured? Uninsured contractors can sue the home owner if they become hurt working on their property.
