Derek's Lawn Services responded quickly to my request for service and handled my cut and yard cleanup (bushes, paths, and yard with layers of fallen leaves) promptly. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?No..Each job has it's own unique qualities and therefore the focus is mostly on fair and affordable pricing. Properties within same neighborhoods are generally quite similar and often we can use standard pricing in those situations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First, we like meeting our customers and looking at the property together with them. Face to face meetings offer an opportunity to discuss plans and expectations. If that's not possible we still go to the address and then follow-up with details or ask any questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?No formal training or education.. Just doing this type of work for many years and staying focused on outstanding customer service....I want happy, satisfied customers!
