FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
"We offer free mold, moisture, and water damage inspections along with a detailed estimate at no cost. Because every project is different, pricing varies based on factors such as the size of the affected area, the extent of contamination or damage, accessibility, and the remediation methods required. Our goal is to provide honest recommendations and transparent pricing with no hidden fees. After the inspection, you'll receive a clear scope of work and a written estimate tailored to your specific situation."
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
"Every project starts with a free on-site inspection. During the inspection, we assess the affected areas, identify potential moisture sources, take moisture readings when necessary, and discuss any concerns you may have. If mold or water damage is present, we explain our findings and provide a detailed scope of work along with a written estimate. Once approved, we schedule the project, set up proper containment and HEPA air filtration as needed, perform the remediation or cleaning process, and apply antimicrobial treatments where appropriate. Throughout the project, we maintain clear communication and keep you informed of our progress. Our goal is to address the issue safely, thoroughly, and professionally while helping prevent future problems."
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
"I have completed training in the IICRC S500 Professional Water Damage Restoration Standard and the IICRC S520 Standard for Professional Mold Remediation, which are the leading industry standards for water damage restoration and mold remediation. I also hold OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety Training, providing knowledge of workplace safety, hazard recognition, and safe work practices. My training focuses on proper mold remediation procedures, moisture investigation, containment setup, HEPA filtration, antimicrobial application, contaminated material removal, and water damage restoration. I stay current with industry standards and best practices to ensure every project is completed safely, professionally, and in accordance with recognized remediation guidelines."
