I'd like to share my experience with everyone as a older guy that's done most of his own work most of my life it was a difficult decision to hire someone to do work I've done myself many times over but after meeting with clifton for my inspection and estimate he was the best he was also the last of 9 companies I had come out and give me an estimate he was honest and told me exactly what he was going to do well I told him let's do it about a week later he notified me when the dumpster and materials would be here and they showed up on time it was done shortly afterwards what a crew he brought out they knew exactly what to do everyone had a job and did it perfectly its hard to impress me but I was very impressed after they left i did my old man inspection and again im very happy they even fixed things I didnt expect them to ,the metal work around the chimney was perfect the valleys were extremely neat and straight my roof had a lot of additions and im sure was a challenge but this crew did an awesome job , as I walked around the yard and I found nothing not a damaged flower or bush not a piece of paper not a nail nothing cleaned up perfectly I highly recommend good sams roofing oh yea almost forgot i wasn't shopping for the cheapest price but wow much less than most of the other estimates happy customer with good sams

Had Good Sam Construction do a complete tear off and reshingle of my house and garage as well as new seamless gutters. Cliff takes time to explain the process and provides samples of products used. He kept in touch regarding scheduling and was available by phone for all questions. He also followed up to see if there were any concerns after the job was done. The crews for both jobs were great! Hard working, pleasant, and clean up was great! Would recommend GSC for future needs.

From quoting the job through finishing it, Good Sam Construction LLC demonstrated exceptional work ethic. Each and every individual working on my project was courteous and offered beneficial suggestions to improve the final outcome. They were able to transform my basement within six days. They were very good with laying tarps to prevent any mess as they worked and cleaned up very well at the end of each day. I am completely satisfied with their results. My basement looks great! My roof was in bad shape and needed a lot of work. Every sheet on the rear pitch of my house had to be replaced, the guys got there before I left for work and by the time I got home they were cleaned up and done! I climbed up and inspected the work and they did an amazing job! These guys got it done!!! The entire process was a breeze, I financed with them and got a great rate with low monthly payments. If you want the job done Wright these are the guys you call!
