- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I look for new karaoke songs every single day to stay as current as possible. It takes a lot of work. But the biggest and most frustrating is keeping the song books up to date as well. This is one of the only times I think I need a wife. I stay current with what music is making people dance as well, but there isn't as much book work involved with that part.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have loved music since I can remember, and after seeing some dances and weddings, I knew I could do a better job than the people I happened to see. And for karaoke, a friend of mine named Jerry talked me into doing karaoke in a club I managed many years ago. I loved it from the start. Jerry has since passed away but he will live within my music forever. Our service is named after him.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Weddings, Graduations, and Family reunions. We do some class reunions and office parties as well.
